REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION MANAGEMENT POLICIES
The management of the inscriptions will be done through the web page of the XIV State Congress and II Iberoamerican Social Work Congress. Discounts are not cumulative. If you have any questions about your registration, you can call 915 415 776 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The cancellation of registrations to the Congress must be made by the registered person by email addressed to: email@example.com
The organization reserves the right not to enroll if it verifies that the information provided about your membership or your status as a student is not correct, which will entail the penalty of 20% of the fee paid.
The returns of receipts will entail associated management expenses derived from them. The formalization of the registration through this bulletin shows the congressman's agreement with the established stipulations and the agreed payment commitment
The return rates are as follows:
- For cancellations before March 31st, 90% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (10% of management fees)
- For cancellations made after April 1, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- As of May 1, no refunds will be made
Returns will be made within 15 business days after the end of the Congress.
Substitution policy: If the registered person is unable to participate in the Congress and with prior notice of at least 15 calendar days in advance of the celebration date, they may be substituted by another person.
